- Identify Key decisions makers (INFLUENCERS) In Hospitals and institution. Meet all the HEALTHCARE STAKEHOLDERS for ensuring business
- To gather Market information on Tenders detail( date of opening, Technical bids, Earnest money deposit and last year’s L1, L2 and L3 awardees and final rates.
- Speciality Hospitals quotations with competitor’s activities and price bids.
- To foster long terms association with LTVs of the selected Hospitals/Institutions.
- To develop customer’s hierarchy through need base analysis.
